Review: I ordered a Bane mask a few weeks before Halloween and the mask did not fit. Most companies have a 30 day return policy but this company apparently does not. First of all, I received no return label or documentation with my order that specified this. Second, I sent an email to [email protected] and was told the return policy is within 7 days. I was shocked by this because this was never explained. I looked back at my order receipt and it was not explained there either. Third, the website says "The customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery." but above that it says "Customer should contact us within 7 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund." Again ... why is there no piece of paper in my package that explains this??Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. And, future orders for other customers should include the refund policy ahead of time.

Review: I received a costume that had a few inaccurate details from what was advertised on the website. I've contacted the people who run the website, but they will not accept a return or allow me a refund of the costume's list price as their Return Policy states. They are only willing to refund me $5 out of the $159 that was priced on the costume.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the product's list price along with the return of the product itself.
