I have had domains registered with them for the last 3 years. The price has slowly crept up, but is still the lowest renewal rate around. You might get a lower first year rate elsewhere, but is is a pain to change domain registrars. Cosmotown's service has been acceptable. I recommend them if all you need is inexpensive domain registration. I have not used them for anything else, and host my own web sites on a local server.
