Review: On June **, 2013, Cosmos Fence installed a new iron railing on our porch. When hired to do the work they said that they would take the rust marks off the concrete--which they did not do. (They also broke some of the concrete that the old railing was anchored to.) I have called numerous times to talk with them to ask them to come finish the job as agreed--but they have not had the courtesy to return my call.Desired Settlement: I'd like the company to keep their word regarding removing the rust stains on the porch, and repair any damage to the porch caused by them during the installation of the railing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The company did indeed come to finish the job. Thank you! The only thing I would add is that I found the work in general to be a little sloppy. Otherwise the installation was satisfactory.
