For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Midland Credit Management's never responded to my request within the specified 30 days as required under Texas law. Not only that but Midland never ceased collection activity during the validation period. The response from Midland today comes too little too late they have already violated state and federal law. I have made every effort to resolve this matter outside of presenting this case in a courtroom before a jury in my community. I am respectfully requesting that Midland delete the tradeline in question promptly as this account is illegally reporting on my credit.
