2. I NEVER authorized you to send this magazine to me.

3. I NEVER gave you my address or name

4. You are working with a company that has stolen my identity

5. You refuse to close an account that I NEVER opened.

6. You refuse to cancel and account that I NEVER opened

7. Your customer service says they can't close or cancel the account because a third party made the account.

8. You know I never authorized this third party to open an account in my name, yet you won't cancel the account.

9. You have caused me stress, I have a health condition where I can die if I am stressed out.

10. I find this completely unethicalDesired Settlement: I would like:

1. The account cancelled and closed

2. All of my personal information delete permanently from your database/filing system

3. I would like an official letter in the mail stating I owe NO balance, NO amount of money, No type of payment at all.

4. I would also like a letter stating that the account has been cancelled/closed.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Cosmopolitan Singles regarding complaint ID [redacted]. They were asked to send me a written noticed stating I do not owe any money because I never opened the account nor did I give their third party to enroll me in magazine services.
