Hi I've paid for 4 boxed in 4 months with no box being received. I paid for January's no box I then paid February's subscription and was refunded. The I've paid March's & April's and not received. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I even wrote the the head office in London to receive the letter back stating "REFUSED". Now written to US head office.
I've cancelled the subscription but have to pay for May's box. What a mess.

I placed an order for a Star Trek Enterprise Mystery Box on November , 2019. I never received it. I initially reached out on December , 2019 to check on the status and advise I had not received the item I ordered. I was informed that I should have received it already and that they would let me know when the distribution center dispatched the item. I followed up again on December , 2019 - as I had not heard back as to when it was dispatched. No response. I followed up again on January , 2020. At that time I was told that a new package would be sent to me, and that the divisional director would be contacted so I could be compensated for the issues I experienced. I had also requested a tracking number at that time, which I was not given. I followed up again on January , 2020 to advise I still had not received anything - and I had requested a refund. I was again told that another box will be sent to me, with additional items added as a gesture of good faith. No box, no refund. I followed up again on January , 2020 to advise I had still not received the box, nor the refund. No response. I followed up again on February , 2020 to request the refund again. The company responded on February , 2020 advising they would launch an investigation into who handled my order and what happened with it. I was also told that I would be issued a refund. I followed up again on March *, 2020 to advise I still had not received the box, nor the refund.
