Cosentino

I ordered and paid for a sample for a kitchen countertop back in early March. By the time they were prepared to send the sample out it was mid-April and the countertop was already installed. I requested to cancel order number *** and received an e-mail cancelling the order. On 20 May I received another notice that they were sending out the sample. I immediately responded again that the order was canceled and that they shouldn't send it out. The company proceeded to send out the order anyways and STILL refuses to refund the order.
