Because of nature of my job, I have to move around and need someone to take care of my house I have interviewed several management companies in Hampton roads for my house in VA Bch They didn't reach my expectation Fortunately I found Cosby property management team online and read reviews and talked to Del Del and his wife are doing a way better than what they are supposed to keep my house being rented out properly He manages my house from a very little thing to complicated one For example, I had an air-con problem for about months and he got several estimates for me and also he was there when a repair was going on and didn't forget to let me know its completion He is very prompt and makes sure that both sides, tenant and landlord are happy I am happy to found him and feel very secured to leave my house in his hands
