I am sorry that you had an issue with the vehicle but it was a 100% as is vehicleYou knew this and signed the as is formI did offer to repair the issue that costs $4,for only $1,as goodwill but you refused

I didn't not refuse, I ask for a payment plan and General manager said noI couldnit have the car parked there if I was not going to get any further assistance the car is park cor for almost 1/weeks because of the fear of driving a broken vehicle Bottom lines the lemon law protects me and you knowingly sold a car that was not service before selling it to customerI need a copy of prior diagnostic report you claim Was done before selling vehicle which also as a recall defect on 2001-model which I am experiencing and still under a miles and you were contacting 30days about the issueYour offer is insulting as to make yourself appear as if you were helpingCheck the facts and start by your company service mottoI feel disappointed and taken disadvantage of in this situation

Ok so they came in yesterday and I found out from the sales managers that they have been in about every week to try and trade this Camry because they really want a RAV We were able to offer them a new corolla but the payment was too much for them so they opted to stay in the CamryIt is a really nice car in great shape but they had two issues with it stillOne was a noise when driving that was just some corrosion on an axle that we cleaned off and it is fine nowThe second was the inner fender liner was brokenVery minor and not going to hurt anything but we replaced it for freeThe extended warranty and gap they purchased was canceled so it looks like everything is resolved except they really wanted a rav but the payment budget affords a used CamryThey seem happy and if we could sell rav 4’s for Camry payments we would but we cant

He bought a 1999 for $2,695 so very very as is. We did the $700 repair for only $350 as goodwill. he did not have gap it was credit life insurance that he purchased but it was denied by the provider because they won’t allow it on a 12 month loan. The cost of the insurance was only $49 and that was...

credited to his loan. We don’t do 12 month terms on cars often so we did not realize you can’t get credit life on it so our mistake but it was credited back to his loan.

Sorry I did not respond I thought  this was  resolved. I offered to repair the car if the customer could pay just $1,000 of the $4,800 bill and I would take payments. She picked up the car and repaired it herself. Should be fine now.

This was settled before the complaint was sent. Customer was refunded for the sensor (although she never paid for the repair) .  [redacted] was rude because she threatened to take the car with an extra key and not pay.
