My wife and I originally booked *** to be our videographer for our June 6th 2020 wedding. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, my military orders got pushed up to June. Because of this, my wife and I had to cancel our June 6th wedding and get married in May. My wife tried calling *** to explain to him what happened and to ask for our money back. *** was very rude and was not understanding about my military orders. I will not be in California starting in June due to the military orders which means there is no possible way for the June 6th wedding to happen. We paid *** a $600 deposit and would like to get all of that money back. We are a new, military couple who is int he middle of moving states and having that money could help us.

I wish I could give Cory zero out of five stars. He is very rude and not understanding. Due to the COVID-19 situation we had to cancel our daughter's wedding. Cory did not want to give us our deposit back and has been exhibiting extremely poor customer service. Do not use him for your wedding!
