Bought a used truck and asked the salesman about midew smell from air conditioning. He said it was fine because it had not been used very much in a few months. Took it to my mechanic and it was a $950.00 fix. Took it back to Corwin and ask to see the General Manager and was sent to some person in repair that told me to take back to dealer on Glenstone. Talked to salesman and he said "We are in business to make money" In other words your best. I know I was cheated and can do nothing.

We bought a used Honda CRV from them 3 years ago in March. Advertised the car with sunroof. Got there no sunroof. Car had 4 bad tires would not replace. Charged $299.00 for some worthless anti thief sensor it was a joke. Had to replace the tires 6 months later took the paper work to the salesperson and he said he would get it taken care of. I wanted the money for the tires. $650 for replacement tires. Never got a response back. No extra key. $150.00 for replacement, and they got *** off when I asked them to put some gas in it to get home. Sales person said that they have been advertising cars and trucks with the wrong equipment on them but trying to get the problem resolved. I tried to contact the owner and no calls back. Just go somewhere else to buy a car. Dealers like this is what gives the car business a bad name. I want a check for $1500.00 to make it right. I have all the paper work to back my story. If I need to I will call *** at KY3 and the Attorney General and let them handle it. I've emailed *** and no reply back from him also.

I purchased a Chevy Cruse 2015 from this dealership on or about the Saturday after Thanksgiving, 2019. The car that I bought is not even the car I thought I was buying. *** called from the dealership. I told her that I wanted a clean car, one owner, and clean. She assured me that it was. I went there with a friend, an hour and 40 minutes away. We ended up going to their other lot, the car is horrible. It's not cleaned, every seat is stained and it stinks. There was no spare tire. Something broke off when she pulled the spare up. She told me she had other Cruzes, but she knew I wanted a stick shift, these were automatics. One was in an accident, and the other one had only one owner. I wanted to look at the one with one owner. That car was brought in. It was clean. She drove the car because I wasn't willing to drive in the city. It was more mileage than I wanted, and it wasn't a stick shift as I wanted. I decided to go ahead and buy the car. I used my credit card number for the down payment of $1000. I had to buy an extended warranty because there wasn't one from them. They fudged information in order for me to get the loan. (I didn't see the information about my residence until after the deal was done.) Our deal took a long time and it was dark when I left. The next morning, I go out to see the car and there are chips in the windshield, on the driver's side. There were chips all over the hood of the car. I called the dealership, leaving a message for ***. There was also no record of the $1000 being put toward the cost of the car. I left a message for her and she never returned the call. I called two days later. I was told she wasn't in, I left her a message. The next day I finally got in touch with the salesperson. She told me that the car came from another lot and I had to talk to someone else. I was told I was going to have to come back (1 hour 45 mins one way) to get the $1000 (on a credit card) put down on the car. After washing the car, I see there are tiny dings all over the windshield. I'm thinking I got the car in that had an accident. I never got a payment book it was sent to the wrong address. I called the bank. I got paperwork from the title company, they can't give me a title because it is someone else's name, and there is a lien on it. While I have driven it, the car has overheated. The oil needed to be changed too, the oil light came on. The check engine light came on. I called the dealership, and the manager yelled at me. They sent a car on a tow truck. This was a loaner car. Later we met up again and I got the car back. I had purchased floor mats, which are now with the car that I purchased. I left a message with the dealership and no one has called me back. I got a message from the owner that everything had been fixed. But when I looked at it but there was still paint missing. And now the car has a scratch on it that wasn't there before. Still no title to the car. The owner of the dealership said they would be getting a clear title of the car in two weeks. Still don't have it. The paint job looks terrible.

Before we present our pre-owned vehicles on our lot they receive a complete inspection and detail treatment. This process does not guarantee that the vehicle will never have mechanical issues. Depending on the mileage and how the vehicle was treated prior to ownership determines its life. We offer warranty programs that our customers may purchase to help cover the vehicle in the event of potential repairs.

With this being said, your 2015 Chevrolet Cruze was a used vehicle with over 91,000 miles on it. Due to it’s age and mileage it had imperfections that were evident at point of purchase. You purchased additional warranty coverage to protect from repairs that may occur.

After your purchase, you wanted several issues addressed. In order to meet your expectations and give you customer satisfaction we performed the following:

This is the text message from *** from corwin Dodge in regards to a 2015 Chevy cruz stick shift. Also the response from Corwin Dodge is all lies. There was no agreement and if there was where is the proof in writing as nd I received a letter from the title company stating the car has a lien on it as and it is in someone e.g. else's name and if Corwin Dodge took care of the problem why havent I received a title and why did they paint the car with out my permission. Also the paint job is very unprofessional and they have not done anything I have wanted to make it right. Plus my rugs were stole from the car when they towed it in and haven't replaced them or offered any money. The associate was not honest regarding the down payment amount and lead me to believe that my loan approval was no longer valid when it actually was. I contacted the loan company myself and was made aware of the associate's (***) dishonesty.

Well it has been 3 months since my issue with Corwin Dodge in Springfield, MO. For all who do not know I bought my 2017 SRT Charger from them. I brought it in because at 3080 miles I notice that the paint on my 54K car was starting to oxidize. I brought it in on a Tuesday morning and dropped it off with them to have them fix the issue. The following morning I get a call from ***, one of the service advisers there stating that over night someone had jumped the fence and stole all 4 tires, wheels, and lug nuts and then dropped my car on the ground. I got in my truck an drove as fast as I could up to the Corwin and saw my car just sitting there with the front rotors on the ground. To make a long story shorter I spoke with the Dealership manager *** and he assured me everything would be taken care of. Well he was right on that part! Everything was taken care of by me and my insurance company. Now since the car has a major indecent on *** it has lost about $15K to $20K in value according to other dealerships when they make an offer on it. I not only lost value in the car I also have to pay the deductible as well. These people there are crooks all together. Never believe what they say if you go there. They will BS the pants off you. They know that the car has lost value. I left it with them in their care and they should be responsible for it. They do not give a *** about their customers at all. I have spent over 250K at this dealership and then this is how they treat you?

Mr Russo was called right away as well as the Springfield Police department. Corwin CDJR does appreciate the Russo's relationship. When the incident happened, I spoke with *** that he would need to contact his insurance company. The insurance company did take care of the necessary repairs to bring vehicle back to original condition. Corwin CDJR has signs posted all through the shop to help this understanding. The insurance company did recognize that that why people have insurance and took care of the matter. Bottom line is we all feel really bad that this situation happened and wished it didn,t. Again sorry for all the headaches this has caused. ***.

We have our Jeep wrangler that was consuming oil. We have a extended warranty on the jeep. So far its been about 3 months since the issues was noticed. However our jeep has been at the dealership for 7 weeks and still going. Everytime we call there is a excuse. The jeep sat in the back for over 2 weeks before they even had it in to figure out what the issue is. They said they found the issue and sent off the head for work. They have all the parts to fix it per the service tech. however its still not finished. We also have had a rental for 7 weeks as well. Terrible customer service and our jeep, or any ones vehicle should never have to be at dealership for work for 7 plus weeks. Will be contacting lemon law attorney to see what kind of case we have since it was purchased less than a yr ago and has a warranty. Its been there for over 30 business days

Took my 2010 Dodge journey to get everything wrong with it diagnosed. The service man called me to ask if he could spend a couple hundred dollars to put in a battery to diagnose, I said yes that’s fine. I go to pick it up and they charged me $560 for work done when I only gave permission for a couple hundred for a battery and he only took $80 off for doing work that he did not get permission to do.
