I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was running not well but, running. [redacted] was the antagonists calling me a liar and then apologies when I proved him wrong regarding the emmissions. confess to the conversation about emmissions now he starts to tell half truths again. I heard about his underhanded business (word of mouth)after I had agreed to work being done. [redacted] is upset that I refuse to have his sloppy $10,000 paint job (word of mouth). Yes, the car interior door panels and weatherstripping are not installed due to prepping for paint. [redacted] and I talked he is aware that I have new weatherstripping. I'm now reading the consumers complaints most negative and now I have the experience to join in. The car never leaked the degree that [redacted] State Emmissions stopped the testing because of a major oil leak. Funny thing [redacted] did a bumper to bumper inspection and not one word of leaks. Test drove the vehicle not one word of not being able to monitor the vitals.

This Customer is impossible to deal with. He brought is Vehicle in because it was not running. He never said anything about Emissions. The vehicle is in extremely poor condition, and needs Body Work, Paint Work, Interior Work, and a Lots of Mechanical Repairs for Major Fluid Leaks. Mr. [redacted] was...
always on a Budget. We did exactly what he requested, and got the Vehicle running. When he picked the car up, he said the Dash Quit working. He said it was our fault. We sent the Dash in for repair, and the Electronics Test results proved the Dash was Shorted Out Internally, and had been that way for a while. We did not cause this Failure. Mr. [redacted] is one of those customers that states "it wasn't like that when I brought it in", but in reality his vehicle needs everything. Dealing with him on the Telephone is impossible. He just yells and screams, you have to hold the phone away for your ear. You can not communicate with him on any level. We do not wish to do business with insane people. We have chosen not to do business with Mr. [redacted].
