Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Black Dawg has not addressed the concerns of the initial contract for the driveway which included a inch overlay, roll and compact and edges sealed with hot tar The edges have not been sealed with hot tar At no time did we indicate that we would have an expert look at the issues with the driveway On July 2nd Black Dawg indicated he had an expert that would look at the driveway After days and no contact from Black Dawg I called them and left a message regarding the expert review And as of today, still no contact from Black Dawg We are available by phone days a week and can make arrangements to meet Black Dawg at our home at anytime Please contact us at the number listed on the initial contract Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We are responding to message from business Company has not come out times to fix roller marks etc They came to look at it a time or two but only came out one time to fix roller marks etc The driveway looks worse now than it did initially All of the embedded mud marks are still there after their power washing There are also holes and craters, uneven patches, tire marks etc that are still thereWe are very concerned about it I sent Mark additional texts last Friday Both show on my phone as delivered but he did not respond to eitherSo it was Mark that stopped responding and not me We tried to get this settled with him They have told us many things that did not come to be so a free sealcoat for the future means nothing to us We need more than grand so we can get someone to fix or redo their job We feel that we should get at least ½ (really all of it) of our money back as it was a terrible job and looks horrible and we need to get someone to fix it We have dealt with many contractors etc and have never had any issues like we have with this companyThanks, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

We do everything for our customers to make sure their experience is nothing short of amazing!! Our South Milford store had a complaint issued about a double charge on a credit cardI personally called this customer to try to figure out how this may have happenedThe resolution was to repay this customer for what had happened to herShe refused our payment in order to deal with her bankIn my years in the C-Store business, I have never had a charge happen in this mannerThese charges were from different pumpsShe pumped one of the charges, but was additionally charged a different amount at another pump My only explaination is that she inserted her card in the pump in question and that pump held the infoShe then moved to another pump and inserted her card and proceeded to pumpI cannot find the transaction that she is questioningThe best I can do in this situation is work with her bank and my credit card processing companyI contacted Marathon directly and they could not explain how this happened either I sent her my sincere appologies, and offered a couple of Marathon gift cards for her troubleShe refused those as well We will continue to run our business in an honest fashion like we always haveThings happen in customer serviceWe can only try to fix then the best that we can Have a nice day!!!! My original call to them was to politely alert them of the situation (as my first thought was that they may have a scan card swiped on their pump that they were not aware of) I was told by their employee that this happens all of the time & that they won't resolve it & to call my bankSo I did & had to cancel my credit card and wait weeks for a new cardWhen the owner eventually called me, I indeed refused receiving their payment, as my bank had removed the fraudulent amount from my account and I did not want to take anything additional that did not belong to meIf I took his refund amount, then I would receive the money twice, which I feel is wrongI was told to expect something in the mail from the gas station; I told him that is not the reason that I am complainingMy original complaint remains that they cannot answer why the incorrect charge occurred in the first placeNever was I being a crabby customer due to this, as originally I was trying to be helpfulBut I guess customer service is not what it used to be and we can just blame it on technologyI just know that I will never use them again due to this & have made others aware of the fraudulent unexplainable chargeHave a nice day!!

Did a paving job for him last year, had two holes the size of a quarter by the garage, offered to fix and fill the holes, it is a common problem with asphalt and will shrink, went out to the home twice to fix the issue and filled the holes with rubber and the business has no idea how to make this customer happy at this point, business even offered that he call other paving companies for their opinions and business does not want to fix the issue with a patch because he does not think the customer will happyBusiness can and will repair the area that has the problem, does not plan on replacing the entire driveway
