As most people I know have bifocals and can see their computer with turning  their heads or tilting back.
He made me wait 6 weeks and many calls for the refund. He went out of town for two weeks and then said he mailed a check which he says got lost in the mail. He then made me wait another month to see if the Lost check turned up or I would have to pay for the lost check of $35.00. After the 6 weeks he only gave me the partial refund.
He called me three or four times at my work today to argue with me about it.
