We originally hired Cortland Pump to install a fuel dispensing monitoring system in the summer of We installed it only to monitor the diesel pump because we were told it could only handle hosesWe got next to no training but the system was functionalIn early we contacted them because we were interested in installing the same system for the gasoline pumpsCome to find out the original system was perfectly capable of monitoring both pumps but the previous salesman didn't know what he was doingHe was somebody's relative in the company and he no longer worked thereSo we go ahead and pay more money to upgrade our systemOnce the upgrades were done and the system was working I discovered it wasn't set up correctly and we had a months worth of transactions that were inaccurate and we had no idea what to bill our customersWe also ordered more key cards and it took two months for what should have taken less than a weekExcuses left and rightI asked for a partial reduction in the labor to set up the system since it wasn't done correctlyThe answer was "unfortunately will not be able to issue any sort of credit for the work done"Despite the fact the work wasn't done correctlyCannot believe they think it's ok to charge full price for second-rate work
