Cortland is also quite a fair and even more importantly- Honest business man. Review: Came to my house to quote a turnkey install of a dual ductless AC system. Price was fair and asked for 50% down and 50% at completion. I mailed him $2,700 and agreed to the terms of following Sat. install for a total of $5,400. 15 hours before he is suppose to do the work, he calls to tell me the wrong system shipped and it would cost $800.00 extra and delayed another week. I told him I don't pay for mistakes and this sounds like typical contractor **. His EXACT response was, "[redacted]" and hung up!!! I decided to let things cool down before calling back. I called and told him nobody has ever told me, * YOU and hung up. His response was, "nobody called me a sg contractor before". Again, my exact words were, "typical contractor **". With a tenant moving in without AC was a real pain in the neck. It has been OVER A WEEK and he has not returned my $2,700 and won't return any texts or phone calls. The guy is super unstable and you cannot rely on him. If there is a problem, he is quick to blame someone else and not own up. Awful.Desired Settlement: I want my $2,700 back! No work, no AC, No callbacks!
