The $was for August. *** never told us to close the account until the end of August. *** has a track record of trying to get services and after that declining to pay

I am not sure what to respond here. I already wrote my response and nothing changed. I don't really have time for all this kind of communication. I am willing to write off the collection amount of $85 and close the case

She signed up for two services for $per month and had been a client for many years, the one time she was charged $was when her credit card declined and she refused to pay the administrative fees All of the sudden she refused to pay and blaming us

I have attached the same bank letter noting payment to Cortex that I sent to owner. Cortex was paid $for July services and took another $without invoice or authorization

Information provided in correspondence from............. CORTEX ADI indicates that the problems started in January-2015 and I have requested an audit of the months of February and March-2015, and I intend to follow up with a letter specifically asking for a refund for those two months.   I have informed CORTEX ADI that I will not release the complaint forms submitted util a full and complete refund of the bogus charges have been made.
