The product in which Ms [redacted] purchased is a returnable item, subject to a restocking fee; however, it must be returned in the original packaging The product consists of pre-packaged imported items (frame and casters) and assembled items (reversible board) which are combined in one box when ordered We do not have a way to repackage the imported product therefore the product would not be available for re-sale In order to resolve this complaint, we are willing to have Ms [redacted] package as best she can and return the product to us She will be responsible for return freight and a 25% restocking fee I understand this was agreeable when she was dealing directly with the company she purchased from, Today’s Classroom Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to respond to her concerns I look forward to hearing how we can proceed

We have reached out to the location where the item was purchased and notified them that we will be replacing the product. A Customer Care rep from my company has also notified the consumer
