Have used them for years. Very professional and friendly staff. Will continue to use and reccomend to family and friends.

Filed tax returns which were backed up a couple years (2017 and 2018). I received a return for 2017 but not 2018 and company will not return contact
I contacted Eric M of Correct Means Tax Services mid-july for assistance with my tax returns which were back up a couple years (2017 and 2018). I received a return for 2017 a couple weeks later but have not received the return for 2018. After multiple attempts to call Eric over the past couple of months, none of my emails, calls, or texts have been responded to. I am missing around $1,000 and cannot get a resolution from Eric's company. I will be trying to call Eric again tomorrow.

Additionally, certain credits don't make sense, such as the residential energy credits (form 5695). There are large credits for solar and geothermal property costs but I do not even own property. There are also deductions for charitable donations and health care that I did not make.

I've submitted my tax information to the company prior to filing deadline and have yet to receive finalized tax preparations. I have reached out to the company and have received no communication. I am not sure if my taxes have been properly filed. I cannot take my business elsewhere due to the fact that this company is still in possession of my paperwork and information and have been unsuccessful with reaching anyone to retrieve my legal documents and information.
