The most unprofessional, inappropriate, and all around RUDE individual I have come in contact with in yearsI contacted MrMeans because my wife had her taxes filed through his business last year and we needed a simple number from her return in order to properly file this yearAfter being given excuse after excuse and being told he would return our calls (which he never did after three days) his very nice secretary called me and gave a VERY RUDE message from MrMeans, "I don't have to give you any informationI don't know you or your wifeShe needs to come in and pay $for the information your asking for." First of all MrMeans, why wasn't there a $fee three days ago when we originally talked? Second, why, all of a sudden, does she have to come to your office when three days ago all you needed was to talk to her and verify her identity? And finally, why (after I have been nothing short of EXTREMELY patient with you) do you give your secretary an EXTREMELY unprofessional message to relay? GROW A PAIR AND HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS LIKE A PROFESSIONAL!! And I must note that the only professional aspect of dealing with you, MrMeans, was your secretaryI wouldn't get rid of her any time soon or your business might just flop (I'm surprised it hasn't already)

I don't know you or your wife. She needs to come in and pay $25 for the information your asking for." First of all Mr. Means, why wasn't there a $25 fee three days ago when we originally talked?
