Corporate life is fulfilling - and incredibly tough, the scales are not weighted equally. No one pulls women aside to explain how to manage all the demands of personal life, health and time management while starting out and then climbing the corporate ladder. As women, we tend to want to be the hero - the problem solver - the "everything to everyone." Yet this pattern can result quickly in disassisfaction, burn-out and health/relationship impacts.
Kate program will level-set you. It will teach you how to come from a place of empowerment rather than obligation; How to recognize less than optimized patterns and behaviors you are using, and teach you a path that works for YOU, not everyone else, while achieving the same objectives - with the same 24 hour day.
Kate teaches you something that most women neglect -- Understand the questions you should ask yourself, to get to the answers you already know but have never had the courage (or strength) to ask yourself -- and more importantly, follow through on to achieve REAL change and results in your pursuit of work/life balance - real health, meaningful relationships and most importantly - a feeling of YOUR needs met, personal satisfaction.
Not a day goes by that I don't think of the CWU program and its teachings.
