On 12/1/16 the customer approved an order for VPN licenses, 2 laptops and printers/scanners. On 1/18/17 Corporate Technologies issued a credit in the amount of $1609.23 this is the cost of one of the laptops.  On 1/20/17 our Account Manager met with the customer and agreed to credit the...

printers/scanners, and the 2nd laptop.  On 1/23/17 I spoke to the General Manager and in good faith a credit for the labor invoice will be credited in full $1944.36 and the General Manager will be reaching out to the customer to have this conversation.There are some recommendations we have made to the customer which we believe are the root cause of the issues they were experiencing, this will be addressed on the call today.I do believe Corporate Technologies in good faith has made necessary exceptions to satisfy our customers complaint.Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
