Review: A friend asked me to use Corporate Messengers, a shipping company based in New York.I have used them few times and this is the second time, items I sent through them gets broken or damaged. The first time this happened, I complained to them and they did nothing about it, I let it go because the items they broke were not damaged.This time, not only did they break the items but also damaged them. I shipped an iMac, Macpro and other items which they broke and damaged. Their rep in Africa who cleared the item mentioned that this always happen when they use a particular agent for clearing, I complained again to them and they tried to blame it on me at first and then decided to resolve the issue. I was requested to provide the invoice of the iMac, which was badly damaged, the Macpro was accepted as is because the receiver checked and decided it was still acceptable the way it is. After providing the invoice, for a week there was no response from them, until yesterday, [redacted] September, 2014. They sent me an email saying the item was not listed on the shipping invoice, that they would have treated it better if they knew it was. The truth is I have the item listed clearly on the invoice, their email was sent to push the blame back to me and they offered to refund $50 for an item I ordered $989 and I paid them $319 to ship all the items. So sad that after all the back and forth with them, they have successfully excused themselves from the responsibility and it is obvious now that their reputation of stealing, mishandling and damaging items shipped through them is true.Whatever Revdex.com can do to make companies like this provide genuine services and treat their clients right will be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either replace this item or provide a refund for the purchase value.
