Jack and I have met with *** numerous times to discuss the issues she has with her driveway. From the get go we admit that the skid loader that was used to repair her driveway apron caught a rock and scratched the surface of her driveway. It was a very shallow scratch (less than the
thickness of a penny), so we agreed that a sealcoat would be the best remedy for the aesthetic damage we caused. The agreement was to split the costs of the sealcoat with Julie. This spring we fulfilled our agreement and sealcoated Julie's driveway. Upon completion we mailed her an invoice for the $125.00. *** did not contact us to discuss her frustrations about paying the bill, and we did not hound her for payment. Had she contacted us, we would have gladly forgiven the $in return for her satisfaction. I have left *** a voicemail stating that we do not expect her to pay the bill, and asked she call me to discuss

I am rejecting this response because:
Although I accept that they are dismissing the $for the sealcoat, the damage (cracks and gouges/scrapes) is still there so they haven't fixed anything they did to my drivewayI received a VM from Erik and responded with an email because I can't talk with himIt's been a waste of my time the previous times - he takes no responsibility for the damage they caused and his attitude toward me isn't goodAs I expressed to him, I realize I probably have to accept this as their "resolution" because I doubt they are willing to do moreI've wasted way too much time and energy on this matter and just don't have anymore to wasteSo, case is closed, I guess, but I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. *** **
