On 7/25/my car was involved in a head on collision resulting in two fatalities (driver and passenger in my car)The party at fault was driving a rental vehicle insured by this company, claim [redacted] As informed by my insurance company, [redacted] , Corporate Claims is responsible for compensating me for damages to my car and paying for all related towing servicesThis company never contacted me so two weeks ago I called ###-###-#### Ext [redacted] and spoke with the adjustor, Michael T [redacted] , who informed me someone would go by [redacted] (###-###-####) to look at the carAs per [redacted] , no one has gone by to look at the carI continue to leave voicemail messages for MrT [redacted] as well as personally speaking with other agents/representatives of the company but have yet to hear from him or anyone else thereTheir lack of response has resulted in a CD lien being placed on my car which can result in suspension of my Florida drivers licenseI've been very patient but giv
