Corona Del Mar Vacuum

Review: [redacted] of CDM Vacuum provided service to our in-home central vacuum cleaning system. During his visit, he suggested that we order a new vacuum brush but that he had to order it. We paid him $28.50 for the part and $2.28 in tax for a total of $30.78. He did not deliver the part as promised within 1 week of order and promised via phone to have it to us within the upcoming week. It has now been two months and we still have not received the part and Mr. [redacted] has not returned any of my phone calls. I have also left messages requesting a refund and no refund has been received.Desired Settlement: I either want the part delivered to my house by May 21 or I want a full cash refund.
