Review: I am writing this letter because I had a bad experience with the Corning Chevrolet Buick in Corning, CA. This is my first time buying a vehicle, I bought the car in October, 2014. Around three weeks to a month after I was having problems with the car, I want to talk to the service area at the chevy dealer and all they told me was that I was hearing things and seeing things.
They had aligned the vehicle about four to five times, and was still pulling to the right. Finally they put it in the shop and fixed it right, something to do with the front end. I also thought it could be the tires so they told me they were willing to purchase one tire and I would pay for one tire but it never happened.
A couple months down the road my power steering rack was leaking, I went in for three weeks in a row and the kept giving the run around, finally after about a month they fixed it. There is a guy named Jim wall that told me that they were not going to fix or put anymore money into this vehicle or pay for anything because he had lowered the price for the vehicle.
Since I've had problems trying to get things fixed. I have three kids and are very concerned about there safety, and I thought this vehicle was going to be safe.
Now I have a noise in my car again, I took it to the chevy and they didn't hear anything so I took it the ford dealer in Corning, CA and they told me it had something to do with the struts, the service at the chevy told me an my son that I am paranoid and that I was hearing things.
I have been bringing my car back in forth between the chevy and ford dealer and it seems like they don't want to fix anything. The people at the chevy and ford are very rude towards me everytime I go there.
I did get my car in the shop at the Ford Dealer in corning, They had my car fixed but it was the wrong part so I have a loner car, and the car's transmission light came on and its running very rough.Desired Settlement: I called the Ford dealer and they never called me back. I didn't do anything to this car and I hope they don't charge me for anything if not I will be writing you guys again
Thank you

Company states: The consumer came in and bought the vehicle from us. We threw in a six month warranty. Within that six months she complained about things our service department could not find. We did do our best to take care of her. She had a 200 dollar deductible on the warranty and we did that a couple of times. Her and her boyfriend came in yelling and cussing. He was almost to the point where he was going to get violent. We tried to reason with them and explain that they have a ten year old car and no matter how nice we tried he was still upset. I called over to the other Ford store. We told them we will eat the deductible this time and they are to bring in the vehicle tomorrow to our other service station.
