Received letter dated 1/2/on 1/6/Corning Building Cohas had several conversations and emails with Pauline regarding her drawer style dishwasher problemsWe also put her directly in touch with our *** repThis warranty issue which must be handled by an authorized servicer
(we are simply the retailer not authorized to do warranty work)My email thread on this issue stated a replacement dishwasher was installed and tested ok on 12/18/by *** *** ServiceOn 1/4/18, Bob emailed us stating he was still trying (unsuccessfully) to contact Pauline and left message to coordinate service call on replacement dishwasherI believe he is attempting to go there himself this week
