Several weeks ago, I ordered four plates from DumbbellBuddy They placed the order with their supplier, Ivanko, who then shipped the plates to me Only when the box arrived, it was empty, except for a few bits of packing material inside The plates, which are some of the best available, were quite expensive, and I was braced for disbelief and having to absorb the loss myself Instead, both Ivanko and DumbbellBuddy were extremely helpful and friendly Both companies responded quickly when I explained what had happened, with real people writing to me--no form letters or long forms for me to fill out The new plates are on their way Sometimes I worry that ordering things over the internet is going to result in poor customer service if something goes wrong This was not the case here The customer service and trust was outstanding I am so grateful!
