Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that the consumer was dissatisfied with the work done.  The consumer hired a thirds party who she claims fix the unit through re-wiring the unit as the fan was blowing backwards. Company techs advised that does not sound to be an accurate description....

 Therefore the service manager wanted to meet with the third party contractor to confirm the fix that was done.  The consumer was asked to set up an appointment with the other contractor and business would be available to meet with him this did not occur.  Company then refund the amount of $189.00 to the consumer based on what she claimed to pay the other contract.  Company sought a receipt for such and has not been provide one as of this date.  We consider the matter resolved at this time.
