Although I find it telling that Ray R*** waited months to respond to your notice, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My husband and I came to an agreement
with MrR*** and he refunding most of the money owed to us (an amount we agreed to, just to be done with the whole mess)
