list. She went above and beyond to try and help me. While I still would prefer to not deal with Cornerstone in Plymouth again, she definitely helped. We sent out the vehicle to Volkswagen for diagnosis of the check engine light and made the repairs they suggested. The light came back on when customer picked up vehicle. We put the customer in a loaner car sent the vehicle back to Volkswagen to see why the issue is still present. ...
Cornerstone Auto paid for the diagnosis of the check engine light. Tau at Volkswagen wants more diagnosis time to figure out what is going on with the vehicle. With any Extended warranty the vehicle has to be diagnosed to be able to determine if the repair is covered under the contract. We advised the customer to bring the vehicle to Volkswagen for further diagnosis and we will do everything we can assist the customer if indeed they find something wrong that is covered under the contract.
