coat was dry rot. Had the customer told me it was goat and it had not been cleaned for years, I would not have cleaned the coat. The customer did not pay for the cleaning of the coat. I am not responsible for clothing that the customer want give me any information on. The customer deceived me. No coat should wait years for cleaning and expect perfect results. I have told the owner of business that the coat has the goat fur inside, and ask her whether it can be cleaned and she said yes, and took it and said it will cost $16 for cleaning. She didn't ask me any more information beyond that. The coat fell apart due to the inappropriate handling by the owner of the Qwik Wash. I request them to pay for the cost of $100 for the damage they caused due to their ignorance and negligence.
