Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is not a trustworthy personHis response to our complaint continues to be inconsistent with his own website statements As follows: "I sent the report with or pictures." His report includes pictures are copies that have different comments, so at the least you could say "The (sic) sent back to pictures." We sant back photos that we had questions about, and included reference images from websites to add clarification "I'm happy to talk to you but I'm not going to address every single screw." So then why am I filing this Revdex.com complaint if you are happy to talk to us? So far you have IGNORED EVERY SINGLE attempt we have made to contact you! "You can pay me more to go into more detail." So now you want more money to complete what you started, and what we already paid for Why should we trust you this time? (we won't) "I did address the issues." You addressed issues, but the completely ignored us when we had questions about them "The tenant is a licensed contractor and did a good job." This is debatable I recently had a different licensed roofer look at the job, and his opinion is that the roof is a mess "The roof is very steep." What's your point? We should accept lower quality because the roof is steep? Your report also makes the statement that "It's difficult when working with metal to be perfect with every cut...", as though this relieves the contractor from making a professional looking job "There is nothing wrong." Again, debatable "I am not going to go over every single thing over and over again." You have not gone over anything with us ever, not once You provided your initial report which we have legitimate concerns about, and you have elected to ignore us ever since
They hired me to look at the roof that the tenants installed. I found a couple of things in back. I sent the report with 7 or 8 pictures. The sent back 15 to 20 pictures asking what about this. I am happy to talk to you but I'm not going to address every single screw....
