Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] However I would like the company to know that we at no time had people living here We had two family members staying with us for about a week So at no time was there people staying As for the dogs we must have misunderstood the animal fee and appreciate that rent was not raisedTwo of these dogs are emotional support animals for myself and my son At this time I would like to just move forward I, [redacted] was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer this month I do not wish to continue a fight as the repairs have been done and important right now is my health any my children

I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, as was discussed with JP following the wonderful conservation with Don, we had bugs entering our home due to the fact that our home is not sealedWe requested an exterminator as soon as possible to deal with this issueWe were informed that it would not be possible to get some one out over the weekend, this conversation happened May 5, but that Cornerstone would get some one to come out on MondayThis, like several other promises, never occurredI assume you would like us to forget that you agreed to this but we have not.Secondly, I do appreciate the fact that since we were treated very poorly by one of Cornerstone's employees, they have been much more concerned with getting our home issues fixedWe, however, still do not have a time line for when the repairs, we have been discussing for almost two years will be completedWe know we will not be able to have our flooring replaced until the middle of June and we are expected to take time off from work in order for these repairs to be completeWe do not have a time frame for painters or any finishing work. I do not feel this is a "timely manner" and I do not believe we should have to be inconvenienced anymore for these repairs to be completedIt is not unreasonable to request that work be completed on weekends or evenings due to our work scheduleWe should not have to be forced to take off for errors we did not make and repairs we have waited two years to see completed

Dear *** *** Cornerstone Homes has received your letter dated August 18, As you point out in the letter, the two concerns you have with Cornerstone Homes are {1) your warranty item was not fixed to your satisfaction and {2) the amount of time it took for Cornerstone Homes to respond to
your concernCornerstone Homes has heard your concerns and taken action; since your letter was written your attic has been cleaned, a fan and additional venting have been added, the drywall has been repairedThe final electrical work and new insulation have been scheduledOnce all of the remaining work is complete a Cornerstone Homes warranty representative will follow up with you to make sure your concerns have been addressedWe thank you for your feedback and look forward to a swift and complete resolution to your warranty
