When we first moved to Cambridge (from Toronto) we went to Cornerstone to order a sectional couchAfter numerous conversations, diagrams, and discussions over the catalog and floor plan of the room we were putting the couch in we placed our order When the couch showed up it was in the wrong configuration and once we realized (as they were unpacking the pieces in our living room) we immediately halted all activity and had the delivery personnel call the storeThe delivery personnel, in coordination with whomever they spoke to on the phone, decided to take the couch back to the store with them After this poor experience we decided to buy a couch elsewhere and received our money backHowever, Cornerstone refused to refund the delivery charge despite THEIR mistake of ordering and then delivering the wrong couch configurationWe were left on the hook for the delivery fee, and no product to show for it

The delivery personnel, in coordination with whomever they spoke to on the phone, decided to take the couch back to the store with them.

After this poor experience we decided to buy a couch elsewhere and received our money back. However, Cornerstone refused to refund the delivery charge despite THEIR mistake of ordering and then delivering the wrong couch configuration. We were left on the hook for the delivery fee, and no product to show for it.
