Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], after talking Mr. L[redacted] on September 30.
Two weeks after this date a picture will be place on the maker. I'm waiting for Mr. L[redacted] to phone me. He has not call me.
I'm giving him time before I phone him. Hopefully, this will end soon with good success. I will let you know [redacted] how all this turns out.
Regards,
[redacted]
Review: I purchased a Tombstone to be placed on my Husbands grave on April 27, 2013, and it is now October 4 and it has yet to be placed on the grave.
I have constantly spoken with ([redacted]) and employee at [redacted] and was informed that it would be placed ASAP. They ordered the tombstone and when it was received, the spelling was wrong -they returned it three months ago to be corrected, but I have not heard a word since then. This is mty complaint.Desired Settlement: I was robbed in the cemetery in July trying to locate the grave of my husband. Had a tombstone been on the grave, it would not have taken me long to lay the flowers.
Review: My mother passed away May 2013. I needed there services. My first payment from credit card on July 2013 $1,000, I went to the office on August 2013 along with my Pastor $1,000 cash. On Oct 2013 $500 cash to the office. and $149.84 with credit card. the total of $2649.84. I have all receipts. I still don't have a marker down on this day. the reason for the long delay went from misspelling name to delivery mixed up. I made many calls and talk with the agent. I guess, he has done his best. I just want my service done ASAP.Desired Settlement: please finish the job ASAP.
Review: My Pastor & I came to [redacted] in late May 2013. My Mother passed away May 25,2013. Mr. W L[redacted] the manager, helped me at this time. We finally came to a fair price. On July 11, 2013, I made a credit card payment. On August 12, 2013, I made a payment in cash at his office with my Pastor. The last and final payment was on October 29, 2013 at his office at [redacted] Maryland. One payment was cash and the other was from credit card. So, as of, October 29, 2013 I paid in full & I have all recipients. I've NOT received a marker for my mother. I made several calls to Mr. L[redacted] cell. Mr. L[redacted] always give me the impression that things are going well. And he gives me a timing schedule but later things aren't as planned. It's either a no show on delivery, too many delays, misprint on picture and/or name, or some other misinformation problems. I don't know, where the misunderstand communication is coming from, but, this must stop. I'm very depressed & stress out of my mind. I'm suppose to visit my mother site not going in circles. I did my part, I paid in full. I want [redacted] or/both Mr. L[redacted] do their part and give my service. This is a place of professional business and all I'm getting is a pile of mess. I want to see the resource of what I paid for. I've been waiting for a year & counting. This is bad for business.Desired Settlement: I want apology from Mr. L[redacted] and/or [redacted]. I don't know, who's at fault. I want the job finish it's been long over due.
