Customer purchase a jeep compass from symdon motors inc on Feb Customer was told that the Jeep was being sold as is because it was out of factory warranty The jeep had for miles When customer signed the paperwork, customer was offered a vehicle service contract 36/miles standard coverage from date of contract [redacted] told the customer that the warranty covered power train (including engine and transmission) along with addition items Customers were giving a broshur and a copy of their warranty at time of delivery The father had told his son that he thought it would be a good idea to have additional coverage[redacted] received a phone call from the father asking to send them a copy of the warranty because they had lost their paperwork The father had asked the dealer how long the warranty was good for [redacted] told the customer that the vsc was good until 2/8/or miles The vehicle currently had 111,when the transmission had gone out[redacted] called the warranty company to see if he could get them a flat cancel on the vsc to try and help them The customer had already made a claim with the warranty company on a different repair month after they bought the vehicle The warranty company would not refund the warranty because they made a claim already That information was given to father also.Symdon Motors had offered to trade them out of that vehicle, however the son Patric was not interestedThe vehicle was in Oregon IL, so the dealer was not able to help on cost and labor to fix the jeep because it was miles away [redacted] BUS MANAGERSYMDON MOTORS INCPO BOX MT HOREB, WI 53572W- [redacted] EFAX - [redacted]

The warranty company would not refund the warranty because they made a claim already.
