Corners at Crystal Lake, The

Review: As a previuos resident of MAA Corners Apartments 2700 Reynolda Road, Winston Salem, NC 27106. My overall experience there was pleaseant, I enjoyed the community. I did have a few issues with my apartment but the management did make good with that issue. Aftre I left my apartment #[redacted] and moved to #[redacted] because I was on a monthly lease and someone else wanted that apatment. I was billed 149.00 for express cleaning, and I contacted the offfice about it, they explained that they bill everyone that amount, I said it is not stated in the lease, section 38: Cleaning, it only states that I maybe be billed if the apartment is not clean. They agreed to credit me the amount . as I left apartment [redacted] in April, I contacted the management by phone on 5-15-2015 to make sure that all my bills were paid. Keesha said yes they were. A few days later I logged into my account and seen that I owed 18.00 dollars. I paid that bill. On May 13 2015 I received an email saying I owed 149.00 for express cleaning before it goes to collections. So I paided it because I have good credit.Once again, it was not in my lease for apartment # [redacted]. Keesha said That on my notice to vacate is was maked for me to pay the fee. I looked and emailed her a copy that it is not marked for me to pay the fee. I have not had any response back. I beleive that I am owed 298.00 unless they can show they credited me for apt [redacted] then it would be 149.00Desired Settlement: Refund of cleaning fees
