Poor communications, did not quote accurate price over phone A total minute visit to replace a heating element in my dryer was $for travel from Gallatin to Hendersonville and then $labor for the minutes it took to replace part They told me on the phone if the part was under warranty, (which it was), the charge would be $ When I called to have this explained, they told me a manager would contact me back, they did not I will never use them again Very poor customer service! And very overpriced!
