that Corlette had not notified them that my original order had been canceled and [redacted] was able to make contact with the restaurant and help me in resolving the issue.

Review: On 08/**/14 I placed an order to Corlette restaurant utilizing [redacted] online food ordering services. The order totaled $31.40, which I paid for in advance with my credit card. Approximately ten minutes after I placed the online order, I received a phone call from Corlette, informing me that some of the food items in my order were not available. At that time, I informed the woman that called me from the restaurant to cancel the entire order and refund my credit card. The order was canceled and never delivered however on 08/**/14, my credit card was charged without my authorization for the order amount, $31.40. I contacted the [redacted] customer service to inform them that this occurred yet the restaurant has yet to provide my refund for the canceled order.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for the canceled order amount of $31.40.
