I did business with this company for years and ordered several fire boxes from him when Corky was in charge. That is NOT the case any longer. Steve and Kathy are now in charge and the customer service is horrible. Steve is a very nasty man. I sent in a box for repair June 16th and after several calls and emails my box was returned finally on August 19th. I finally got a response from Steve after I called him a thief. Corky was on top of his customer service unlike Steve. Please beware not a reputable company no longer in my opinion.

We ordered our box June 2nd. They collected the payment. Its Aug. 14th and we still have not received it. We have sent 2-3 emails to the new email listed at the beginning of July. Was told our box would be shipped in 2 days. We've texted and called the new number 3 times asking for someone to CALL us back. Instead, we got a short text saying the same thing, the box would be shipped out in a few days. This is absolutely ridiculous!! We want our money back since we've waited over 2 1/2 months for something we still have not received. Yesterday, I left a few posts on their Facebook page with this same complaint and now the complaints have been removed.

Company is unreachable for support. It seems to have abandoned former customers while continuing to seek new ones. Don’t expect support. No way to to contact them. The company over a few years seems to have gone from email or message Corky and you got a response immediately, to try to figure out how to get us and expect to pay.
I consider my Android device now junk. We are in the midst of a pandemic. Labor and help should be no problem. Extremely disappointed. Not even an email contact.

they were once great and now they bad news! just asked for help and gave me nothing but harassment! Said I called them at 430am I did not! even if I did they should not have treated me like a second class citizen!! Very disrespectful and hateful . I would not do business with them if I were you! they do not replay to you and when they do they are hateful !

Apparently this company has been taken over by a gentleman named Steve S. Absolutely substandard to the former owner and his staff. Deflects any responsibility to resolving issues by either not calling or blaming another app. When you get him on the phone he complains about being overwhelmed. He even went so far as to suggest that I call one of the ex employees under the former management to resolve my issue. Very condescending and unhelpful. Unfortunately I I’m stuck with this fellow and this service now but I would never recommend anyone else to enter a business arrangement with this immature Man. Did not resolve my issue and was very rude.

I ordered a TV box setup but the remote that came with it does not work with the box and will not control any function to it. The box also came with the wrong power cord but I got one myself to try and make it work until the company sent me the right one. I have reached out to the business several times with no reply so far. It has been several weeks and no reply to several text messages and also left at least three voicemails on the company phone. I want the issues corrected or returned for full refund asap please. Thanks

I'm not sure what is bothering the customer with a negative review. I had a great experience with this company. I had an issue with a box and he immediately shipped another. The customer service has been excellent after several emails were responded to immediately and all issues resolved.

If it were possible to provide more stars, I most certainly would. This is a rare instance when I'm able to give a quite outstanding review of a business. The owner (Corky) has been more than helpful and generous with his time and assistance when my wife and I (neither of us adept in the "Tech World"....) have needed it, plus his products are excellent and perform exactly as advertised. I really hate sounding like a shill but credit where credit is due and with respect to performance, service and value, Corky and his company have been consistently exceptional, I can't imagine anyone being other than completely satisfied in dealing with him. (I speak as a repeat customer,)

His product(s) did not work.
I sent products back three different times.
Was told by *** Stanton, the owner, I will be getting refund, however, it looks like he has changed his mind. Not returning call, clearly has no plans of issuing refund AS AGREED.

He said he asked for a refund. But it was many months after the 30 day money back guarantee. I always say yes and offer it to anyone who asks (extremely rare that they ask). I don’t always know who is texting with questions. I can’t look up each person each time to get details as to when they ordered. But when anyone asks about refunds I say yes. The details have always been right on the front page of my website. Even most large stores have no refunds on electronics after 30 days. So I am very fair with one year hardware warranty and lifetime updates.

I can’t physically keep doing updates for him for life and continue to pay shipping each time and not charge for my time. I will not be taken advantage of like that. I found nothing wrong with his boxes. I tested them each time and they play movies and TV shows perfectly.

They do need simple updates now and then and he sent all the boxes back to me to do the update for him many times. It’s two clicks to update. Each time I got them I turned them on and saw a pop up to update. His never clicked on it. So I did and sent them back. I paid shipping each time and never charged him for my physically updating or shipping back to him. He needs to learn how to click on update.

Plus I gave him an *** at below my cost. So I was at a loss on that already.

He ordered them mostly in February and March of 2018. Many months ago. I have been making sure he has the best up to date apps ever since. After all the free service I have given him. After 5,000 customers I have never had this happen to me. He is the first I have ever had to deny a refund to because it was way too unfair to me. I can’t do all that work for him for free.

He has perfect products still under my warranty and lifetime updates. But he was yelling at me so much I couldn’t talk to tell him how to use his boxes. So I had to block him.

If you notice my Facebook it is filled with very happy repeat customers with positive feedback. He is the only negative one there. He said I have a wife and kids which I do not. I am a senior citizen who will go out of the way for all my customers. He said I take vacations which I haven’t done in years. I am on the house calls a lot when I travel for work showing people how to use these boxes. I will continue to help him online to do updates but he should know that easy step by now. But I will not be yelled at on the phone like that ever again. I’m too old for that stress.

I am rejecting this response because:Two devices never worked, not one single day.
I ask for money back within 30 days. He sent other devices istead of refund three different times when I asked for money back.His devices have only been usluess to me because I am looking for a certain service.I have proof of emails asking him specifically for a service, and all the emails clearly shows his response saying yes he has them and I would love it, when in actuality he does not offer the service at all. He should have never sold them.I will take him to court if this continues.
