I apologize for the long delays. The staff changes at the store and the loss of the original installation crew contributed to but do not excuse the delay. I visited your home and have seen the unfinished work. We have the matching transition and I have contacted a new
installer and sent him photos of the two areas. I did not see this Revdex.com complaint until today. The customer and I have spoken since the original date of this complaint and I hope that we are on the way to resolution soon. I hope to have a couple specific completion date options within the next hours Kevin
