After reviewing Mr. D[redacted]’s response it is very apparent that his business practice is to move forward without authorization.   Originally I thought it was a communication issue now I believe that his worker was just following his orders and performed work that was not agreed upon.   To say that the all work was desperately needed without actually seeing what was needed to be done is not a very good or ethical business practice on Mr. D[redacted]’s part.    I do agree that work needed to be done which is why I had authorized his worker to fix the drip system value, and to fix the value that was not communicating with the timer, and to fix the one zone that had one sprinkler not working when the zone was turned on.  To say that an additional line costing $250 and a extending a current drip system for another $310 was desperately needed without actually seeing what was needed in again a poor business practice.   I also agree that the “sprinkler system either works or it doesn’t”.  This is why we are at this juncture.  Finally Mr. D[redacted] has also indicated that he would like for a time to stop to see why the diodes are not functioning but he has not committed to address the other items that I have concerns with.    I believe that it is time to have the Revdex.com step in and mediate.
