Corey's Communication Needs

Review: This place of business has stolen my ID to purchase a cell phone. I applied online to lease a cell phone,and got approved for a 1000 line of credit. When I saw that the business was located in CA I chose not to go any further with the transaction. A couple of weeks later I began to receive information from a company called Progressive stating that I had purchased an Iphone 5 and I would be charged 200.00 amonth for said phone. I informed the leasing company that I had not received an iPhone from anyone. They told me that they had my signature on a contract. I asked them to email a copy of this contract which they did and it was obvious that I did not sign said contract. I live in SC and I have never been to CA and again, the signature was not mine. I sent documentation to the leasing company and I will not be held liable for this fraud, but someone in CA has a cellphone and probaly service in my name. I have contacted this company via phone and I left a detailed message on their facebook page to no avail. So this is all I can do to expose this fraud.Desired Settlement: I want the company to let me know who has stolen my ID and what they are going to do to fix this.I am not seeking a financial settlement at all I just want to know who did this.
