I have been trying since October 20th to get some answers regarding my furnace and humidifier drainage issuesThe gentleman who asked me to send him the information on my issue, will not return my emails or calls*** is his nameI have been diligent with my equipment and have used this company for repeated yearly service as they were recommended by the previous home owner I am confused as to why a simple courtesy call is so difficult I just want the issue resolved and the equipment properly drained as it should have been when it was installed
