CORE40 North Park

Review: My wife enjoyed the workouts at the North Park location, so she bought a 10 workout package. Then they closed that location and have note returned emails or calls attempting to get a refund for the remaining classes. She bought them for the north park location because that one was in walking distance. It is a long walk to Iittle italy, so that isn't really going to happen.Desired Settlement: A refund for unused classes since they closed the location in our neighborhood

This complaint has been resolved, and a partial refund for unused classes was provided to the client.

I recently communicated with the client's husband who lodged this complaint and advised him that the Revdex.com was still investigating this matter. He assured me that he would contact the Revdex.com and withdraw his complaint, in light of the resolution to his satisfaction.

Please note that CORE40 North Park, LLC closed for business in September 2013, and has no plans to re-open. Notwithstanding, we have and will continue to endeavor to address any remaining needs or issues that arise.
