Regarding Vistas at Seven Bar ***, We appreciate the opportunity to respond to any complaint regarding one of our communitiesAt this time, all work orders at this apartment have been completed except the following: kitchen sink (new sink needed to be purchased and is scheduled to be purchased/installed on 4/6/15), bifold closet door (glue is drying on door and is scheduled to be installed 4/6/15), and patch in ceiling (to be fixed Monday 4/6/15)Currently the resident is out of town and has requested that our maintenance team not enter again until Monday during the hours of 8am and 11amIf there are any further questions or concerns that we are able to address, please feel free to contact us again.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
