[redacted] until after production of the ordered product had begun. Without our knowledge Mr. [redacted] paid the deposit for the order #[redacted] (attached). We sent the order confirmation that was signed by [redacted] and we began the production of products purchased. Materials were ordered and a manufacturing date was assigned.We received a call from Mr. [redacted] and he informed us that he paid the deposit and he wished to cancel the order and receive refund for his deposit. I informed him that I needed to confirm the cancelation with our customer on file. I called [redacted] at this time and he said he did not wish to cancel the order. He said he wished to resolve the business conflict internally and continue the order.In the complaint it is stated that Mr. [redacted] did not receive samples after 5 weeks and this is true. Core had never communicated with him and did not know of his existence. Samples were sent and approved by our client [redacted] of innovative Muscle before we began production.As of 8/19/2017 we received a cancelation email for order #[redacted] (included).
