OK... First he was in a bank loan with Gold Acceptance, on a Honda Accord. He failed his bank interview, and was forced to give back the car. (loses all down payment right then) *FAVOR #1* We felt bad for him, so we set up a BHPA loan... 24m 29.99% $1000 down etc. We applied his $500 to the new loan...

with us, which we didn't have to do.*FAVOR #2*  He has a recent 20k repo, so nobody will touch him with 2 months in the area. *FAVOR #3*  Now, the only thing is he has to make every pic payment on time. He was late every time and never maid the full weekly payment, Which means he defaults on the loan. But we didn't take him out of the loan, keep trying work with him. *FAVOR #4* Brought the car is for a misfire to be repaired. The car was sold "AS IS" *FAVOR#5* After getting the car worked on, he was very demanding. We then knew we couldn't help him any longer. We didn't see any reason to give him back the car.  But we did try days later to let him back into the car *FAVOR #6* No Go! But his attitude was just too bad...nothing can make this guy happy. Just didn't make sense to us anymore to try and keep helping. I offered him $300 back, plus we would help him out with another company (friends of ours) that doesn't pull credit for car loans. *FAVOR #7*  And we don't rent cars, hes been in our cars for months... So at this point ZERO money back and moving on, or at least trying too. This Mans mom is calling us everyday...Can we file BB complaint on them?    Core-Mobile
